To offer something, use Möchtest du...? (Do you want...?) or for doing things together, Wollen wir...? (Shall we...?). For instance, "Möchtest du Kaffee trinken?" (Do you want to drink coffee?).
To agree, just say Ja, gerne. (Yes, gladly.). To decline, use Nein, danke. (No, thank you.) or the politer Leider nicht. (Unfortunately not.). Practice these phrases often!
